2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, username, email, password (hashed), date of birth.
- Verification data: for creators and age checks — ID documents and, where used, a selfie/liveness check (handled by our verification provider).
- Payment data: billing details and transaction records; full card numbers are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
- Content & activity: posts, messages, tips, subscriptions, likes, views.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Platform, process payments and payouts, and deliver content you're entitled to.
- To verify age and identity and keep the Platform safe and lawful.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and Terms violations.
- To communicate service messages, and — with consent where required — marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to run your account), legal obligation (age/records, tax), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention), and consent (optional marketing, some cookies).

We share data only as needed with: payment processors, identity/age-verification providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics providers, and with authorities where legally required. We keep data for as long as your account is active and afterward only as required for legal, tax, records (e.g. §2257), fraud-prevention and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

9. Security & transfers
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, access controls). Where data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

FansXpress is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
