How do I create an account?
Click Sign up, enter your email and a password, confirm you're 18 or older, and verify your email. You can then complete your profile with a photo, cover and bio.
How do I become a creator and get paid?
Open Settings → Become a creator, complete identity and age verification, and add your payout method. Once approved you can post content, set subscription prices, add pay-per-view posts, and receive tips.
Is FansXpress 18+ only?
Yes. Everyone who uses FansXpress — and everyone appearing in content — must be at least 18.
Subscriptions, unlocks & tips
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribing to a creator gives you access to their subscribers-only posts for the subscription period. It renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
What is pay-per-view (PPV) content?
Some posts and messages are locked with a one-time price. Pay once to unlock that specific content — it stays unlocked for you.
Can I get a refund?
Because content is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked or once a subscription period starts, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error, contact support@fansxpress.com.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to Subscriptions, open the creator, and turn off auto-renew. You keep access until the current period ends.
Creators & payouts
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings become withdrawable after a short holding period once you reach the minimum payout threshold. Request a withdrawal from Settings → Wallet to your verified payout method.
What can I post?
Content you own or have full rights to, featuring only consenting adults (18+). Anything illegal, involving minors, non-consensual, or infringing someone else's rights is prohibited and will be removed.
Safety, privacy & account
How do I report content or a user?
Use the Report option on the post or profile, or email dmca@fansxpress.com. We review reports and act on violations.
Someone is using my content — what do I do?
Send a DMCA notice to dmca@fansxpress.com with links to the infringing content and proof you own it. We'll act on valid notices.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Open Settings → Account to delete your account, or email privacy@fansxpress.com to request data deletion. Some records may be retained where the law requires.
I can't log in / forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the login page to reset it. Still stuck? Email support@fansxpress.com.
