By using or visiting our website (rkdownloader.com), the web application dashboard, and our browser extensions or companion tools, you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service (this "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products, software, or digital assets. All software, algorithms, designs, documentation, and source code are the exclusive property of rkdownloader.com.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall RK Downloader, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful access and viewing rights to any third-party content downloaded using our software.

3. Support & Product Updates

Customer support, bug fixes, and automated product and DRM engine updates are provided for the term defined by your account tier (PRO or MAX) based on your active billing cycle. When a subscription expires or is canceled, an active subscription will need to be renewed in order to continue receiving priority support, cloud license verification, and ongoing DRM decryption updates.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

We care deeply about our services and customers. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that our downloader performs reliably in your environment.

All financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store credit card or payment credential details on our servers.

5. Transactional Emails

RK Downloader may on occasion send you email notifications directly related to your service. These transactional communications may include purchase receipts, password reset links, license verification tokens, service notifications, and critical terms updates.

6. Price Changes

RK Downloader reserves the right to change the price of any service or subscription tier at any time. Any price modification will be announced on rkdownloader.com. In the event that any price is lowered or discounted, you will not be entitled to a retroactive refund for the difference from the time you purchased the service.

7. Sharing of Data

We will not share or sell your data with any third parties under any circumstances. RK Downloader operates with a zero-cloud-retention model: downloaded files are saved directly to your local storage, and your personal account details remain strictly confidential.
